We serve young adults and adults who are currently experiencing those who are unstably housed, living in shelters, transitional housing, or unsheltered environments. Our focus is on individuals aged 18 and older who face barriers to stable housing due to systemic inequalities, poverty, trauma, mental health challenges, or lack of access to supportive services. We are committed to providing long-term housing and stability.
