Transitional Independent Living Program
Who Are We?
We are a private Transitional Independent Living (TIL) program dedicated to supporting young adults ages 18–24 who are aging out of foster care or facing homelessness. Our mission is to provide more than just housing—we offer a safe, stable environment where individuals can grow, heal, and prepare for independent living.
While residing in our home, participants receive personalized mentoring and coaching, attend weekly life skills workshops, and gain access to a network of community resources. Our holistic approach is designed to build confidence, foster stability, and equip young adults with the tools they need to thrive. At the heart of our work is a commitment to changing systems and creating a supportive environment where every young person has the opportunity to succeed.
